The VC-Turbo is the first production-ready variable compression ratio engine. Perfectly in tune with your drive, the VC-Turbo transforms on demand to optimise power and efficiency. When you accelerate, it lowers the compression ratio to 8:1, delivering the turbo boost you crave. At cruising speeds, the ratio rises to a high of 14.1, maximising fuel economy for a longer journey.
